ALPINE TOUR BULLETIN 1
TOUR DATES 28TH JULY to 6TH AUGUST
Dear Alpine Pass Entrants
We trust you are well and looking forward to our trip to the Alps from the 28th July to 6th August.
Our plans for the tour are coming together very well. The route is complete, and we are currently finalising the comprehensive roadbook which is discussed below.
We have some important information for you below. As always, we will keep it as short and concise as possible, but please take the time to read it.
The tour begins at the Flexiplus Lounge and Parking Area of the Eurotunnel at Folkestone at 10h00 on the 28th July, where you will be met by tour managers, Mark Woolley and Mark Constanduros.
We are booked onto the Eurotunnel on a Flexiplus basis meaning we can cross at anytime on the 28th, but we are hoping to take the 11h00 train.
Please ignore the specific train times on your ticket – they are not relevant, and we will cross together at about 11h00.
Mark W and Mark C will have a hard copy of the road book to hand to you on arrival.
Please ensure that you have filled your car up with fuel, prior to arriving at the port, and that you bring your passport and all travel documents with you!
