Are your tours suitable for all driving levels?
Yes, our tours are suitable for drivers of all levels. We offer a range of tour options to cater to different driving styles and car types. For driving tours in Europe the tours usually cater for a wide range of cars from classics to supercars. In place more far flung such as the USA and Africa, we provide suitable, high-quality rented cars included in the price of the tour.
Do we use our own car or do you provide a car?
The answer to this depends on the tour. All Classic GT tours based in the UK and EU require you to enter your own car. We welcome a broad section of cars and unless a tour caters for a specific era or make of car we welcome a cross section of vintage, classic and modern sports cars / supercars on our events. When we travel to places further afield such as the USA, Africa and Asia, we usually provide a suitable car for the type of event and these will be discussed with you well in advance. The cost of our tours will always include the rental of cars where relevant.
What is included in the tour price?
The tour price varies per tour, but we try to include as much as possible within the price per head, and where relevant typically includes accommodation, meals, Ferry or Le Shuttle crossings, vehicle rental, entry fees to attractions or events, our expert tour guides, roadbooks.
You will not have any nasty surprises with our tour package costs and there are never any hidden fees or costs.
How do I book a tour?
You can book a tour online by submitting a request form on the individual Tour pages and paying a deposit.

Is my money safe with you?
Yes, Classic Grand Touring is fully bonded through both ABTOT and ATOL meaning your money is safeguarded through refunds or alternative arrangements.
Is my booking flexible?
The dates of our tours are set many months in advance and therefore will not change unless there are unforeseen circumstances. We can however amend your flights, ferry or Le Shuttle crossings, flight upgrades and extend hotel stays to suit your requirements, subject to availability and amendment charges if relevant.
Do we need insurance?
We strongly advise you to have adequate insurance for both yourselves and your car, this includes adequate cover in the event you may need to cancel your booking ahead of the tour, sufficient cover whilst on tour, including in the event of needing medical care or your car needing to be recovered and ensuring repatriation cover for both participants and cars.
How difficult is the navigation?
We provide you with comprehensive full colour printed roadbooks detailing every step of your tour. The navigation pages are dependent on the type of tour but always have at least two ways of allowing you to navigate. We use a simple digital system using well-known mobile phone based or car based sat nav mapping applications.
For older cars we provide left/right directions but avoid Tulip Notes which can be confusing if you ever get lost and don’t have the right equipment in your car.
