Classic Grand Touring Ltd and its staff collect information about you when you send an enquiry form from our website or make bookings and enquiries over the phone regarding the products we offer such as tours, events and holidays. We also collect data when you book one of our products and or send us feedback forms. The information we collect from you will always be in relation to providing the best service we can and we will never ask for more data than we require to complete your booking or answer your enquiry effectively.

The type of data we hold may be:
Your full name, your full address, your email address, your phone and mobile phone numbers, your vehicle make & model, your vehicle registration number, your date of birth, your dietary or specific requirements, your passport details, your credit card details, your bank account details or other payment details, your details of your relationship to other parties, your medical details and your previous tour history details.

Please note that if you use our enquiry form on this website and click submit, a copy of this enquiry is sent to us and stored in our website database indefinitely. Please contact us if you would prefer your enquiry to not be stored in our database.

Classic Grand Touring Ltd would like to keep you up to dates with our email newsletters and annual brochure. Mail Chimp is how we create our newsletters and how we manage our database of email addresses.

Before the 25th May 2018, we sent out several emails asking you to opt-in to receive our newsletters and brochure. Please note that if you have made an enquiry about our products, or book to travel with us we may from time to time send you updates on our products or let you know about promotional offers relating to our related products.
