This gourmet food tour offers an exquisite exploration of Venetian cuisine, blending fresh lagoon ingredients, traditional recipes, and innovative culinary artistry.
WELCOME DINNER
After arrival at the airport we will take a private luxury boat to our hotel located in a romantic 17th century palazzo. We’ll then have dinner at a quaint canalside restaurant to be immersed in Italian cuisine.
PRIVATE FOOD TOUR
We will take a leisurely stroll to St. Marks’ Square for 3 hours walking tour visiting various Bacari (bars) for Italian tapas, Aperol spritz and wines.
CAFFÈ FLORIAN
For dessert we head to Caffè Florian located in St. Marks’ Square to be serenaded whilst sipping coffee and tasting delightful pastries.
SHOW DINNER
Dinner is at the only show kitchen in Venice where diners can interact with the chef and watch their spectacular dishes come together.
VENISSA VINEYARD
A private luxury boat will take us to the island of Mazzorbo to tour the walled vineyard followed by a private wine tasting. We will then enjoy a 5-course tasting menu on the wine estate,
BURANO
After lunch we have the afternoon free to explore the beautiful island of Burano with its’ multi-coloured houses. There will be plenty of opportunities to visit the Burano lace museum or many of the shops selling Murano glass.
GRAND CANAL DINNER
Our final dinner is overlooking the Grand Canal with a view of the Rialto Bridge. Weather permitting we’ll be able to dine on the terrace overlooking the water.
GONDOLA RIDE
We will take a private gondola ride (4 per gondola) to glide through the quieter Venetian canals for an hour before giving you time to further explore the city before we head back to the airport.
