Ice Driving allows you to have about as much fun as you could possibly have in a car, whilst also learning some incredibly important car control skills, in a very safe and controlled environment!
As soon as you arrive at Oslo Gardermoen Airport, you’ll be met by our tour managers who will look after you for your entire stay. From the airport, you’ll be driven to the hotel, where you’ll be staying during your trip.
But that’s just the beginning…
For 2028, Classic Grand Touring is offering an upgraded experience for all participants. Our experience will now offer only premium cars across the board. That means you will have the opportunity to enjoy Premium Experience Cars (these differ depending on your chosen group) and accompanying hot-shoes driving instructor to show you the best way around the tracks. When you are not in the race cars, you will have a mouth-watering selection of other cars to enjoy on the frozen lake. In addition, we will have our own dedicated, full-time driving instructor for you to call upon to assist you in honing your skills at any point within the two-day driving adventure.
At the end of the two days, we run the popular King of the Ice Challenge in evenly matched cars to test the skills that you have honed over the time you have been with us. This is optional to take part in.

And, for those who want a bit more adrenaline….we have added in an exciting Premium experience for Groups 1 & 4! This will include an extra night in Norway with a fun day full of planned activities – glide through snowy forests and across frozen landscapes, guided by a team of energetic huskies, then in the afternoon we switch gears and speed through the wilderness on a snowmobile. This unforgettable combo offers both the peaceful connection of dog sledding and the adrenaline rush of snowmobiling – perfect for nature lovers and thrill-seekers alike. Suitable for beginners with expert guides ensuring safety and fun throughout.

We have a minimum number of participants required for all of our events enabling them to be viable for us to run – this is usually 10 cars unless stated otherwise. In the event that we don’t reach the minimum numbers, the tour may be cancelled at which point your booking deposit will be refunded to you, or if preferred, allocated to another event of your choice.
As with all of our tours and events, this tour is protected by ATOL.
